Returns/Warranty

We have spent extensive time testing our design and components to make the highest-quality and durable leashes without sacrificing affordability. Each item is individually assembled and inspected by us here in Canada.

We will gladly accept any return of new, unused product for a full refund, and will repair or replace any products that may have a manufacturing defect. 

Our gear is meant to be sturdy and to handle being put through the wringer. 

Please note return shipping is paid for by the customer, but in the case that you would like to exchange your gear or have it repaired, we will send your replacement free of charge.
