Covid-19 Related Shipping Updates
We want to thank all our wonderful customers for the support recently!
We are still actively shipping out orders and busy building leashes (and working on some new products that we can't wait to share) and just wanted to put out a quick update. We are still working at full capacity, however shipping times are currently taking longer because of delays from the shipping carriers we work with.
Our primary shipping carrier, Canada Post (for both domestic and also for international shipments, including to the USA) is experiencing heavy delays.
A statement from Canada Post:
Customers may experience delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes.
Thank you for your patience and encourage you to please track your order with the tracking number provided, however please feel free to contact us if you have questions about your shipment. Please note, we cannot open a case with the shipping carrier until 10 business days after the original estimated delivery date in the case of delayed shipments.
We also want to ensure all customers that we are taking all necessary precautions with Covid-19, meaning we are maintaining all proper sanitation procedures for all our products and outgoing shipments.
